The Western Law Students’ Association may be a non-profit, intercontinental, non-governmental group that advances the hobbies of law students. Their activities european law students include a variety of professional and academic events. These happenings serve to enhance the desired goals of the ELSA, which can be to promote the advancement of law as a profession.
ELSA was founded in 1987 which is an independent corporation that presents the hobbies of law students throughout Europe. It is run by college students for students and has more than 50, 500 members. It is activities contain organizing seminars and conferences, promoting international laws education, and assisting with student exchange programs. The ELSA mission statement may be summarized in three ideas: equality, respect, and diversity.
The ELSA Training calls project was launched by the correlation in 2016. Webinars happen to be web-based delivering presentations exactly where speakers and participants work together. They also permit the sharing of materials. The first webinar was broadcast on 30th November 2016 to over 14, 000 people. ELSA and the Authorities of European countries collaborated around the project.
ELSA Nottingham promotes students being involved in their activities.
